Bill Pak is the founder of A3 Legal — Asian American Advocacy, where he helps people rebuild their lives after serious injuries caused by negligence. He focuses on Medical negligence, Product liability, Catastrophic injury, and Personal injury cases throughout Missouri and Kansas.

Bill works hand in hand with the seasoned trial team at Lucas Law Firm to deliver powerful results for his clients. With experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides, he knows exactly how hospitals, corporations, and insurance companies build their cases—and how to beat them. Bill has guided clients through complex discovery, expert-driven litigation, high-stakes settlement negotiations, and jury trials, earning a reputation for strategic preparation and persuasive advocacy.

As an Asian American immigrant, Bill understands the barriers many Asian American clients face and is committed to providing clear, respectful, and client-focused representation. Outside the courtroom, he enjoys pickleball, the outdoors, and time with his wife and young daughter.

Bill Pak is the founder of A3 Legal — Asian American Advocacy, a practice dedicated to protecting the rights of Asian Americans and others in the community who have suffered serious injuries due to negligence. His work focuses on medical negligence, products liability, catastrophic injury, and personal injury litigation. Drawing on his extensive courtroom experience, Bill provides culturally aware, client-focused representation for those who need a strong voice in the legal system.

Bill’s background includes both plaintiff and defense work, giving him a unique strategic advantage. His time representing defendants provided him with insider knowledge of how corporations, hospitals, and insurance companies evaluate claims, negotiate settlements, and prepare for trial. He now uses that insight to anticipate defense tactics, strengthen his clients’ cases, and maximize recovery.

As a seasoned litigator, Bill has successfully handled jury trials, depositions, and complex litigation. He knows how to present compelling arguments before judges and juries, develop effective legal strategies, and navigate high-stakes negotiations.

Licensed in Missouri and Kansas, Bill also serves as pro hac vice counsel in other jurisdictions when necessary.

Outside the courtroom, Bill enjoys playing pickleball, spending time outdoors, and making memories with his wife and daughter. As former foster parents, Bill and his wife have firsthand experience advocating for the vulnerable — a passion that drives his work at A³ Legal.
